Terms of Service Agreement

By accessing or using Veil's services ("Services"), including but not limited to visiting the Veil website ("Website"), or adding the Veil Bot ("Bot") to your Discord server, you ("User") hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

In this Agreement:

• "Veil," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Veil and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents.
• "Services" means all products, features, applications, websites, or other services operated by Veil.
• "User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or entity using our Services.

3.1 The User shall comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with the use of the Services.

3.2 User acknowledges that use of the Services is additionally subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and any violation thereof constitutes a violation of this Agreement.

3.3 User shall promptly report any violations of applicable laws, regulations, or Discord policies to Veil by contacting us at veil@veil.best.

User is expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities in relation to the Website:

4.1 Any attempt to exploit, hack, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;

4.2 Any use of the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;

4.3 Scraping, collecting, or harvesting any information from the Website for unauthorized purposes;

4.4 Framing or mirroring any portion of the Website without prior written authorization;

4.5 Copying, reproducing, distributing, or claiming ownership of any content, design elements, or proprietary information from the Website.

5.1 User is expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities in relation to the Bot:

a. Violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;

b. Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or reselling any portion of the Bot's functionality;

c. Facilitating, enabling, or encouraging others to reproduce Veil's services or features;

d. Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Bot's functionality;

e. Operation of a Discord server that has been previously terminated for policy violations;

f. Organizing, participating in, or encouraging harassment, "raids," or targeted attacks against Veil or its staff.

5.2 Enforcement Rights. Veil reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate access, remove content, take legal action, and pursue all available remedies for violations.

5.3 Server Blacklisting.If a Discord server is found to be abusing, exploiting, or misusing the Bot or any of its features, Veil reserves the right to blacklist the server. A blacklisted server will be permanently denied access to the Bot and its services. Blacklisting decisions are made at Veil's sole discretion and are final. Appeals may be submitted by contacting us at veil@veil.best.

5.4 No Waiver.Veil's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.

6.1 No Agency Relationship. Veil does not have any affiliation, association, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with any Discord servers or communities that use our Services.

6.2 Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Actions. Veil expressly disclaims any and all liability for actions, conduct, statements, or content created by any Discord server, community, or individual User of our Services.

7.1 Veil does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our Services.

7.2 Veil reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at any time.

User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veil and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or fees arising out of or relating to User's violation of this Agreement.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VEIL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USER'S ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

Veil reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion without notice to User. User's continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
